Our Returns Policy
We are confident you will enjoy your shopping experience with us, but if you change your mind we do offer a return period for all of our items, as per the below policy.
If you would like to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible, as we cannot cancel once your order has been sent, and will have to be processed as a return. To return any purchased items, you have a 14 day return period to do so, starting from the day you received all of your ordered items.
Please make sure if you would like to return items, to let us know within the 14 day return period, as we are unable to accept returns after this time.
You can contact us at email@example.com or you can drop us a message on our instagram page @mysecretwardrobex. Please provide your full name, order number and details of the items you would like to return, and we will provide you with our return address.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original labels and packaging included. Items must also be free of any stains or markings, such as fake tan and make-up. Please make sure to return items in this way, or we may not be able to issue a refund. Any issues, please feel free to drop us a message or email and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
Your original order dispatch note MUST be included when returning any item(s).
As soon as we have received your returned items, we will provide you with store credit to the total of the returned items in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.
Store credit only applies for our website, https://my-secretwardrobe.com/
Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat store credit like cash.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit currently has no expiration date.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a tracked method of shipping as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us. Feel free to message us if you would like help with this!
